Seismic data processing software package

ASSIGNMENT. The SeisWin® software package is designed to perform standard processing of seismic data and includes operational supervision and management in the areas of technical and methodological quality standards for field seismographs and overall field work methods.

This processing software package can process 2D and 3D data from the initial field seismogram entry stage to the acquisition of summary stack (cubes), provided that the coordinate values for shot points and receiver points are entered in the trace labels. Note that if the trace labels do not include the coordinate values of the shot points and receiver points, it is necessary to use the Survey Win geometry description software package or other software packages..

The SeisWin® package implements elements of interpretive processing of seismic data:

  • correlation of wave in-phase axes;
  • construction of paleoseismic sections;
  • etc.

The SeisWin® software package has been intensively developed and complemented with new processing procedures, taking into account your wishes.

POSSIBILITIES

  1. Reading seismic data recorded in SEG-Y (R4, I4, IBM and PC encoding), SOS (CGG) formats;
  2. Visualization of seismic traces on the monitor screen and their output to printing peripheral devices (as a copy of the screen) with the ability to adjust amplitudes, scales along the OX and OY axes, edit caption scales, plot graphs, etc.
  3. The processing program package includes a wide range of processing procedures:
  • adjustment of various types of amplitudes;
  • filtering (bandpass, notch, reverse);
  • sorting by various words of the route label (CDP, CSP, CRP, deletions, etc.);
  • input and correction of kinematic and static corrections;
  • sum of traces by various characteristics;
  • spectral analysis of seismogram fragments;
  • assessment of the content of impulse noise;
  • assessment of FAC and signal/noise ratio.
